If space is luxury In Tokyo then the most logical design will be one in which the entire floor remains free.With only 40m2 at our disposal the exposed ceiling becomes storage, structure, and service zone, a fucntional fifth facade often overlooked. All furniture is hung from the ceiling and walls, while necessary additions such as the shower are treated part of the landscape.
